Auckland's $31b 10-year transport, infrastructure plan released

More money is being pumped into walking and cycling initiatives as well as buses and ferries in Auckland.

The government and Auckland Council have announced a $31 billion transport investment, building on a package announced three years ago.

It's designed to help the city meet the challenges of climate change and housing.
