Police have charged two men with murder over the death of Benjamin Mcintosh in Glen Eden.
A 23-year-old and a 25-year-old man were located on Thursday afternoon and arrested and charged overnight, Waitematā Police said.
A third person, a 24-year-old woman, was charged as an accessory after the fact in relation to the murder.
Benjamin Mcintosh, who was 37, was found in a critical condition after police were called to Glendale Road the evening of Friday 3 June
He was taken to hospital and went into surgery, but died in Auckland Hospital on Sunday.
The three people charged were due to appear via audio-visual link in Waitākere Court on Friday.
Police said they were not seeking anyone else in relation to the matter.
