The charity Oxfam is questioning whether New Zealand has done enough to stop corporate tax evasion.
New Zealand will sit at the G20 next week by special invitation of Australia, the chair for 2014, and the Government has been full of praise for the G20's aims.
One of the main items on the agenda is cracking down on multinational corporate tax dodgers.
Oxfam New Zealand's executive director Rachael Le Mesurier says an OECD report shows that multinationals are paying as little as 5 per cent corporate tax on revenue raised in New Zealand.
Ms Le Mesurier said Oxfam would like to see concrete action and the New Zealand Government to take a key role in that, particularly on behalf of the Pacific.
