An Auckland real estate agent has admitted mailing human waste to another agent.
Grant Tucker pleaded guilty to one charge laid under the Postal Services and Telecommunications Act at the Auckland District Court today.
He had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charge in September last year.
Tucker will be back in court for sentencing in June.
The maximum penalty for the charge is a $5000 fine.
