The 24-year-olds were arrested last week and each faces a charge of sexual connection with a person between 12 and 16.
They were granted interim name suppression in Waitākere District Court.
The charges were laid following a fresh complaint made this year alleging sexual offending in 2013.
One of the accused was represented by high-profile criminal defence lawyer Ron Mansfield.
The men were remanded on bail without plea ahead of their next appearance in January.
