The main office at Mulinu'u near the TV1 station caught fire this afternoon.

Some staff vehicles have also been destroyed but no one was hurt.

It's the second major fire in less than 24 hours after the Samoa Coconut oil factory at Nu'u, opposite the research centre for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries was burnt down around 4am this morning.

Last week there was another incident where a cabinet minister's home at Si'usega, just outside of Apia, was also destroyed by fire.

The causes of the three fires are currently being investigated by police and the fire service.
