A dispatch from the Liberian capital, Monrovia, one of the cities suffering most from the worlds worst-ever Ebola epidemic, which global health groups warn is now spiralling out of control. More than 1900 people have died in the West African outbreak, with 3500 confirmed or probably cases in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. Medecins Sans Frontieres is warning that the battle is being lost, and has criticised the international response, saying its teams on the ground are overwhelmed. Ane Bjøru Fjeldsæter is a Medecins sans Frontieres psychologist, who is the mental health manager for the organisation's mission in Monrovia.
