The Ford Trophy one day cricket play-off positions have been confirmed with Central Districts finishing top of the standings, followed by Auckland, Otago and Northern Districts.

In the final round, Northern Districts sneaked into the play-offs with a two-wicket win over Auckland.
In the playoffs, Central will play Auckland in New Plymouth on Saturday with the winner qualifying for the final.
Also on Saturday, Otago play Northern Districts in Queenstown with the loser eliminated and the winner going on to play the loser of the first game.
Central lost to Wellington by 22 runs, while the Otago-Canterbury match was rained off.
