Australian police have found the bodies of a man and his five-year-old daughter whose disappearance has been linked to a double murder on Queensland's Gold Coast.
Officers say Kayla Rogers was abducted by her father, Paul Anthony Rogers, some time over the weekend from a house in suburban Robina where two bodes were found, the ABC reports.
Homicide detectives were called to a Robina unit on Monday morning when a family member discovered a man's body.
Police searched the house and found a woman's body, believed to be Kayla Rogers' mother.
The bodies of the five-year-old and her father were discovered on Monday night in a car in northern New South Wales.
