Jockey David Walker is facing a second set of charges for illegal racing.
The Race Integrity Unit (RIU) is investigating Walker for allegations he bet on another horse, and then deliberately rode his to ensure his bet was successful during a race in August.
The 38-year-old was riding Watch Your Man when it finished more than two-and-a-half lengths behind St Ransom at the race at the Awapuni course at Palmerston North on 16 August.
Rules allow jockeys to bet on races they are involved in but only on the horse they are riding, and Walker faces a lengthy ban, perhaps for life, if found guilty.
RIU general manager Mike Godber said the investigation had found Mr Walker could have done the same thing at Waverly in July.
He said he was not ruling out the possibility the investigation could uncover yet more illegal racing.
"It's the same two charges as last time. Mr Walker has indicated that they were the only two occasions. But it's like any investigation, it could be ongoing if something else came to our attention."

Walker is already facing a lifetime ban from racing and Mr Godber said the new charges added to the evidence against him.
"They fall under the other charges. I should tell you that Mr Walker has admitted the betting charges but he denies the riding charges, so the matter will be dealt with fairly quickly in the next two weeks."
Walker's hearing is scheduled for 18 September.
