Police looking for a man missing for about week have a found a body at a rural Christchurch property.

Police have been investigating a serious assault on a man called Oliver Johnston, also known as Oliver Greene, last weekend, and had serious concerns about his safety.
On Thursday, they were told a man's body had been found at a property in Jelfs Road in Woodend, but it has taken them until today to find it.
The coroner has been advised and no further details about the body will be released until the identity is confirmed.
