Jan Logie on ACC claims from women, Māori, pacific people

New analysis shows women are less likely to make ACC claims; they're more likely to be declined when they do, and receive far less compensation than men.

Over the past five years, it's become harder for women - especially Māori and Pacific women - to get claims accepted.

Critics say it's proof of what they've long suspected - the ACC system is sexist and racist, and urgent changes are needed.

Green Party ACC spokesperson Jan Logie spoke to Susie Ferguson.
