The body of a Papua New Guinea student who died in China in January has been repatriated but questions have been raised about his death.
Tyson Kulara, a 24-year-old university student from Enga province, reportedly died in Dalian prison after suffering a heart attack.
The Post Courier reported the second year accounting student at China's Liaoning University of Technology had been arrested and detained
His body was received by his family on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a PNG man with a son currently studying in China says he is not happy with the explanation given for the death.
Matthew Gorogo said he doesn't believe the student died from heart failure and that he thinks there could be more to the story.
Mr Gorogo said he was waiting for a report on the death from PNG's embassy in China.
