Sport: PNG Hunters name unchanged squad

The Papua New Guinea Hunters have named an unchanged squad for Friday's Queensland Cup clash away to the Burleigh Bears.

The Hunters beat the Sunshine Coast Falcons at the weekend to chalk up their fifth win of the season and are currently in fourth place on the standings.

Coach Michael Marum has kept faith with his squad although prop Timothy Lomai and lock Dion Aiye's inclusion are subject to a judicial hearing.

Lomai was charged with a grade two dangerous tackle and could face up to three weeks on the sidelines if the club chooses to fight the charge.

Aiye's charge was less severe and he will escape suspension with an early guilty plea.

The Hunters have called Edward Goma into camp with the team on the Gold Coast as cover.
