The 24 year old Wood scored two goals in the first ten minutes of the match but then strained the AC joint at the top of his shoulder and will miss the side's final pool game against Solomon Islands on Saturday.

"He has no chance of playing in the next game and it's touch-and-go as to whether he will play any further part," coach Anthony Hudson said.
"We are just going to monitor it on a day-by-day basis and it depends how quickly he can recover. We hope to have him available for the semi-final if we are to make it but we will just have to wait and see."
