A Waikato firm which develops and manufactures cow milking machines says it is now selling an increasing number of parlours for sheep and goat milking both in NZ and off shore.
Small ruminants specialist Andy Geissmann says dairy sheep and dairy goat milk producers are moving out of being niche operators and are closer to mainstream.
