The SANZAR appeal against the Francois Steyn judicial outcome won't be heard until next week.
On Thursday SANZAR lodged an appeal against the outcome of the judicial hearing which found the Sharks midfielder not guilty of a tip tackle.
Steyn was shown a red card for his tackle on Chiefs first-five Aaron Cruden in last weekend's Super Rugby clash at Kings Park.
The first hearing rescinded his red card.
The appeal was originally set down for Friday night.
A preliminary hearing was held overnight and the appeals committee has decided because of the unavailability of all parties to proceed on the provisional date of the hearing, a new time has been set for next Tuesday.
The Chiefs play the Cheetahs in Hamilton on Saturday night, while the Sharks host the Western Force on Sunday morning.
