Worry over PNG mine's tailings disposal plan

Preparations to massively expand a gold mine on Papua New Guinea's Woodlark Island, or Muyua, are underway with the construction of about 200 houses to relocate villagers.

The mine will be operated by Australian company Geopacific Resources which plans to pump its tailings into the sea.
