World markets follow turmoil on Wall St

Prices have again slipped on Wall Street but the falls are nothing like the dramatic drop yesterday that sparked a downturn on global markets. The NZX top 50 fell 3.6 percent on Thursday, the biggest drop in years. Asian markets plummeted even further. Japan fell 4 percent, China more than 5 percent and Taiwan 6 percent.
