The Warehouse has raised $115 million in fresh capital from investors.
A $100 million placement was fully subscribed by domestic and Australian institutions.
But the remaining 15 million share purchase plan was not subscribed, attracting only $10.8 million . The rest was taken up by the underwriter.
The money will be used to fund the company's expansion into financial services.
