A Christchurch resident says the Earthquake Commission is wrong to say it's not received any complaints about floor levels.
On Radio New Zealand on Tuesday morning, the EQC's engineering advisor, Tim Day, said he hadn't seen any evidence of the commission getting a floor assessment wrong.
Peter Robins said that was nonsense, as he had his house professionally surveyed after he was unhappy with the EQC's floor levelling.
Mr Robins said he sent a letter to the commission containing the surveyor's report, and refused to sign off the work on his property.
Mr Robins said he received a reply confirming the commission had received the report.
