A man has escaped from Corrections custody while attending a funeral in Auckland.
Police are looking for Lusitino Selesele, who was on compassionate temporary escort from the Spring Hill Corrections Facility last Thursday when he escaped.
They are looking for the 41-year-old in West Auckland.
Selesele is of Pacific Island descent, is 182cm tall and has a large build.

Police believe he's with his partner, Jacinta Sale, who was has two warrants for her arrest for driving while disqualified.
She is also Pasifica, is about 178cm tall and of medium build.
Both are believed to be using a white Holden Combo van in the Waitakere area.
