Arrest warrants have been issued in American Samoa for three police officers accused of sexually assaulting minors detained at the Juvenile Detention Center.
The three have been accused by a female detainee as having sexually assaulted her and with conduct unbecoming police officers.
Since last month, allegations against the officers have been under investigation by the Internal Division of the Department of Public Safety.
