A post mortem examination has not been able to determine the cause of death of Papua New Guinea journalist Rosalyn Albaniel Evara.
Questions arose over how the Post Courier's business editor died after photographs displayed at her funeral showed she'd been severely injured.
Ms Evara's burial was halted after a court order was obtained and an autopsy was ordered.
Lead pathologist Dr Seth Fose released post-mortem results yesterday saying the cause of death was undetermined due to changes caused by embalming.
Ulavis Mantu of the PNG police said the investigation is continuing.
"We're interviewing witnesses that would know something about the relationship between Evara and her husband. The investigation is still continuing at this time, and later when we have the copy of the full doctor's report that comes to us and we'll see what we can do about that. That's all."
