Passengers on an Air New Zealand flight from Dunedin to Auckland last week are being warned of exposure to measles.

The Auckland Regional Public Health Service says a man was infectious with measles on flight NZ674, which left Dunedin at 2:50pm last Tuesday.
Dr Maria Poynter from the service said anyone in domestic terminals in Dunedin or Auckland around the time of the flight, not just fellow passengers, should watch for signs of measles.
Symptoms include a high fever, runny nose, cough, sore red eyes and a rash that starts on the face and neck before spreading to the rest of the body.
"You are most at risk if you're not immune to measles, either because you haven't been vaccinated, or you haven't had the disease previously.
People who are not immune may start experiencing symptoms over the next week," she said.
There are now nearly 300 measles cases in Auckland - including an inmate at Mt Eden remand prison.
