The Crusaders captain and All Black lock Sam Whitelock is back from concussion but fellow All Black and midfielder Ryan Crotty is missing from the Crusaders lineup to play the Highlanders in their southern derby in Dunedin on Saturday night.
Both Whitelock and Crotty were forced from the field after suffering head knocks in the loss to the Hurricanes last round.
Whitelock has been cleared to play this week but Crotty remains on the sidelines replaced in the starting side by Tim Bateman.
