Media lawyer Steven Price and retired radio manager Bill Francis are to be part of a review into claims of political bias at Television New Zealand.
They will also investigate the alleged misuse of company resources by former manager Shane Taurima, who resigned last week after accusations he had held a meeting to discuss Labour Party fundraising at TVNZ's office.
TVNZ chief executive Kevin Kenrick says the inquiry will take weeks rather than months, and the final report will be made public.
The review is being led by TVNZ's head of legal and corporate affairs, Brent McAnulty.
