Based at the The Warkworth Radio Astronomical Observatory, just south of Warkworth, The Institute for Radio Astronomy & Space Research is the first (and only) radio astronomical institute in New Zealand. It was founded in 2004. Its director, Professor Sergei Gulyaev joins us to tell us more.
