Tuila'epa was launching the Samoa to Brisbane link by Samoa Airways.

A video shared by the Samoa Observer revealed a noisy disturbance and a lot of shouting led by two men dressed in a "ninja-like style" according to a journalist from Samoa's TV1.

The Samoa Observer also said the journalist reported one of the men threw an 'uncooked pig's head' at the prime minister, but it fell well short of him.
