The Chiefs captain Craig Clarke says his team has come back from South Africa aware that its set piece needs a lot of work.
The Chiefs lost to the Stormers and then beat the Kings on their two match tour, but remain on top of the New Zealand conference.
Clarke says his team was tested in a number of areas by the big South African sides which has left it with plenty to work on.
