After failing to win any of the last six majors, the United States holds the top five spots heading into tomorrow's final round of the PGA Championship in Georgia
with Brendan Steele and Jason Dufner sharing the lead at seven under par.
Steele had not played on the PGA Tour before this year and is ranked 121st in the world but he fired a confident four-under 66 while many of the sport's elite struggled.
Dufner has played most of his golf on the second tier Nationwide Tour and carded a 68.
He and Steele are one stroke ahead of Keegan Bradley, who's one clear of Scott Verplank with Steve Stricker on four under in fifth.
