A man has been charged with arson after several molotov cocktails were thrown at a house in Palmerston North in what is believed to be a dispute between neighbours.
Police and the fire service were called to the property on Egmont Street in Westbrook just before 8pm yesterday.
There was minor damage to the house.
Police arrested two men at a nearby address.
A 44-year-old man appeared in the Palmerston North District Court this morning on a charge of arson, and a 52-year-old man is assisting the police with their investigation.
