After suffering their heaviest home defeat in Europe on matchday two, a 7-2 hammering by Bayern Munich, Spurs bounced back to claim their biggest win in the Champions League.

Victory put Tottenham into second spot with four points, five behind runaway leaders Bayern who beat Olympiakos 3-2.

Elsewhere Kylian Mbappe came off the bench to grab a second half hat-trick and inspire Paris St Germain to a 5-0 victory at Belgium's Club Brugge and Real Madrid beat Galatasaray 1-0.

They are two of 13 NSW players in the squad, following on from the Blues' State of Origin series win this season.

The Kiwis have also confirmed their team with four debutants in the side.

Raiders fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad has been named in the centres, while fellow debutants Zane Tetevano, Braden Hamlin-Uele and Corey Harawira-Naera have all been named on the Kiwis bench.

Few changes to Kiwis Ferns team

Following the Kiwi Ferns' spectacular Rugby League World Cup 9s victory over the Jillaroos, head coach Justin Morgan has named a largely unchanged squad ahead of the Test match against the Jillaroos in Wollongong on Friday night.

Returning Kiwi Ferns veteran and St George Illawarra Dragons second rower Maitua Feterika comes into the fold due to the in-doubt Aieshaleigh Smalley, who picked up an ankle injury at the nines.

Warriors hooker Kanyon Paul has also been named after her standout debut performance over the weekend after she replaced the unavailable Lavinia Gould.

India clean-sweep Proteas

India took just nine minutes on day four to wrap up the third and final cricket Test against South Africa and complete a first-ever 3-0 series whitewash over the Proteas with an innings and 202-run victory.

Resuming at 132 for 8 in their second innings, South Africa added one run off 10 balls before debutant Shahbaz Nadeem took the final two wickets off consecutive deliveries to give India a record victory over South Africa.

In the second over of the day, Nadeem (2-18) had concussion substitute batsman Theunis de Bruyn (30) caught behind. Next ball, he caught Lungi Ngidi in a bizarre fashion as the ball ricocheted off the non-striker Anrich Nortje.

It was South Africa's joint third-biggest innings' defeat in Test cricket, and second consecutive loss by more than an innings. The last time South Africa lost two consecutive Tests by an innings margin was against Australia in 1935-36.

India won the first Test in Visakhapatnam by 203 runs, before victory by an innings and 167 runs in the second Test in Pune gave them an insurmountable 2-0 lead in the series.

Lolohea to play against GB

Fresh from appearing in the Super League grand final, Salford five-eighth Tui Lolohea will line up against Great Britain for Tonga in Hamilton on Saturday.

Lolohea, who enjoyed a new lease of life following his mid-season move from Leeds, was a key member of the Tongan team that reached the 2017 World Cup semifinals and flew out to Auckland in June for the Test against New Zealand.

Kristian Woolf, who is delaying his arrival at St Helens after being restored as head coach, is able to field a virtual full-strength side for their first-ever match against the Lions, with Andrew Fifita, Ata Hingano and Michael Jennings available after missing the mid-season defeat by the Kiwis due to injury.

The side also includes Warrington second rower Ben Murdoch-Masila and Hull's new signing Manu Ma'u but Leeds centre Konrad Hurrell is set to miss out.

The team is called a Tonga Invitational XIII because of a legal dispute with the old Tonga Rugby League but the game has been given official Test match status by the International Rugby League.

Tonga Invitational XIII:

Will Hopoate, David Fusitu'a, Michael Jennings, Kotoni Staggs, Daniel Tupou, Tui Lolohea, Ata Hingano, Andrew Fifita, Siliva Havili, Sio Siua Taukeiaho, Ben Murdoch-Masila, Manu Ma'u, Jason Taumalolo. Interchange (from): Sione Katoa, Addin Fonua-Blake, John Asiata, Sitili Tupouniua, Junior Tatola, Konrad Hurrell, Fanitesi Niu.

Steph Curry isn't a hall-of-famer yet - Jordan

Michael Jordan isn't ready to put Steph Curry in the Hall of Fame.

Curry, a two-time NBA Most Valuable Player and three-time NBA champion, has averaged 23.5 points, 6.6 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game with the Golden State Warriors.

Jordan, a five-time MVP who won six titles with the Chicago Bulls, appeared on "Today" and refused to walk back comments in 2013 that he would be unbeatable in a pickup game and offered a list of players he felt would help him be impossible to beat.

Jordan said Hakeem Olajuwon, Magic Johnson, Scottie Pippen and James Worthy were the only names on that list.

"So, Steph Curry shouldn't be offended when he watches this," Jordan was asked.

"I hope not. He's still a great player. Not a Hall of Famer yet though," Jordan said. "He's not."
