The Black Caps have beaten Pakistan by 79 runs in the second one-dayer in Karachi to level the three-match series 1-1.
Winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the tourists were all out for 261 in their final over with opener Devon Conway scoring a century and Kane Williamson contributing 85.
In reply, Pakistan were all out for 182.
All the Black Caps bowlers took a wicket with Tim Southee and Ish Sodhi bagging two each.
All-rounder Mitchell Santer said it was a much improved performance from the New Zealanders.
The third and deciding ODI is at the same venue on Friday night (NZT).
