Police are investigating an unexplained death on Auckland's harbour.
Emergency services were called to the Westhaven Marina at around 12.10pm on Tuesday.
A person was found unresponsive in the water.
Police say a post mortem will be carried out.
The death is being treated as unexplained.
A spokesperson said enquiries were continuing to determine what has happened.
A body was found in the ocean south of Dunedin this morning.
