Finn Allen unleashed batting fireworks for a second straight Super Smash T20 game to lift the Auckland Aces to an eight-wicket win over the Canterbury Kings.
Black Caps white ball opener Allen was all aggression at the top of Auckland's run chase, finishing 78 not out off 46 balls, as Auckland reached 141-2 in 15.2 overs, easily running down the home team's 140-5 at Hagley Oval.
Allen plundered six sixes and five fours, dominating a partnership of 128 for the second wicket with international team-mate Mark Chapman, who struck 38 off 32.
It comes three days after Allen whacked 50 off 24 balls in Auckland's big win over competition leaders Wellington.
Sunday's result lifts Auckland level with Wellington on a three win-one loss record while Canterbury remain in third with two wins and two losses.
Earlier, Daryl Mitchell scored an unbeaten 57 off 50 balls for Canterbury while Auckland's 35-year-old South African spinner Louis Delport recorded the game's best figures of 2-20 off 4.
