Advance voting is continuing to attract tens of thousands of people to the ballot box.
Numbers released today show that yesterday, 49,601 people had their say on who should govern the country from 23 September.
Tuesday's tally was slightly more than the number of people who voted over the first four days of the 2014 election.
Its an increase of almost 10,000 on the number of people who voted on Monday - the first day of advance voting this week.
People can both enrol and vote at the same time during the advance voting period - and there are almost 500 booths open nationwide.
If you go to vote on election day and you're not enrolled you will not be able to vote.
