A former French Polynesian minister Tauhiti Nena has registered his movement's list for next month's election.
E Reo Manahune includes the Greens as well the unofficial representative of France's ruling En Marche party.
The hallmark of the list is that it is made up of 73 candidates without criminal convictions, with Mr Nena stressing the significance of integrity.
The party is highlighting this as the ruling Tapura Huiraatira Party is led by Edouard Fritch who in the past term received two corruption convictions.
Several other senior party members also have convictions for abuse of public funds.
Mr Fritch's predecessor as president Gaston Flosse, who is the French politician with the most convictions, last week failed in his bid in the highest court in Paris to be made eligible again.
