A man has been charged in relation to a fatal crash in Rotorua last month.

The single-vehicle crash on Te Ngae Rd occurred shortly after 11pm on 2 October.
Police say one of one of the occupants later died in hospital.
A 20-year-old Rotorua man has been charged with reckless driving causing death and refuding to provide a blood sample.
He is due to appear in Rotorua District Court on 18 November.
