The Maritime Union has renewed calls for crew of foreign vessels to be tested for the virus before they dock at ports in New Zealand.

The crew's agent had previously confirmed there were enough supplies for all onboard.

The Napier Port says the logging ship berthed at 6am today and is expected to depart on Thursday.
