The history-making siblings are preparing for next Wednesday's pool clash with Canada.

Lock and middle brother Scott Barrett said it was a "dream come true" to be at the World Cup with older brother Beauden and younger brother Jordie.

Beauden said it was the most time they'd been able to spend together "in ages".

"As siblings, as you grow older, I guess you go your own ways but its an awesome time for us to connect - on tour and all together and living the dream that we all once had."

While all three are All Blacks, Beauden is arguably the face of the team - something Jordie is well aware of.

"We all turned up at the airport and they were all screaming Beauden's name and Scott and I were looking at each other like 'what's going on'."

Beauden plays the older brother role and makes sure the others don't fall foul of the All Blacks coaches.
