A 26-year-old woman has been charged after a fatal crash in which a vehicle rolled down a bank on State Highway 7 on Monday.

The woman is charged with aggravated careless driving causing death and is due to appear in Queenstown District Court on 10 January 2022.
Amon James Saunders, 39, of Alexandra died in the crash, which happened on Gibbston Valley Highway between Cromwell and Queenstown.
Those on the scene climbed down the bluff face to provide first aid to Saunders.
Fire and Emergency were also on the scene, working to free people from both vehicles, and had to use the jaws of life on one.
