Niue vanilla hits NZ Trade Aid stores

Vanilla from Niue will be the first Pacific product to be sold in New Zealand's Trade Aid stores in over 40 years.

Trade Aid is a not for profit retailer, importer, wholesaler and development agency which focuses on the welfare of its trading partners.

Its CEO Geoff White told Daniela Maoate-Cox it's challenging to import products from the Pacific but this will be a stepping stone for Niue to bring vanilla into New Zealand's commercial market.
