Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters' legal action over a leak that he had been overpaid superannuation has been set down for a court hearing next year.
Today lawyers for Mr Peters, several former cabinet ministers and two journalists appeared at the High Court in Auckland.
The matter relates to the New Zealand First leader being mistakenly over-paid superannuation for 7 years.
When the error was discovered, Mr Peters paid the money back and he's now seeking disclosure of documents from numerous former National government ministers, their staff and two journalists.
