One of two suspects facing a joint charge of conspiring to assassinate the Prime Minister of Samoa has been taken into custody again after breaching his bail conditions.
Lema'i Faioso Sione was released on bail alongside Malele Atofu Paulo two weeks ago after spending seven months in custody.
Police strongly opposed the release but their bail application was upheld by the court.
Lema'i and Malele will stand trial in November.
