The office of re-elected CNMI Governor, Ralph Torres, said it had been three months since Cyclone Yutu ravaged the group and people are still recovering.

Two people died, hundreds were injured and more than 3000 houses were destroyed, leaving thousands homeless when Yutu hit the islands in October.

Some villages in Saipan and Tinian remain without power.
