A nurse in Samoa is facing criminal charges including one of negligence after two babies died last month.
The one year olds died the same day they received the vaccination for measles, mumps and rubella.
Samoa's Police Commissioner, Fuiavailili Egon Keil says the nurse has also been charged with conspiracy to defeat the course of justice.
Meanwhile Samoa's Ministry of Health says efforts are underway to win back the public's trust after the deaths.
A senior official with the ministry Robert Thomsen says the MMR vaccination programme is still on hold but they've recommended restarting the immunisation programme for other childhood diseases.
Dr Thomsen told Jenny Meyer about the impact on the country's immunisation programme.
