Mt Cook motorcyclist found after going missing for two days

Police have found a worker at Aoraki Mt Cook's Hermitage hotel who went missing two days ago.

Lucas Sven Halgren - known as Sven - left the staff accommodation at the Hermitage on his motorbike on Tuesday evening, and did not return for work the next day or contact anyone.

Police said the 24-year-old was riding a blue Suzuki 650 road bike.
