11 minutes of intense activity is all it takes to improve your cardiovascular health, according to a report from the University of New South Wales. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in New Zealand - but it is preventable. Dr Belinda Parmenter is an exercise physiologist at the University and told our producer Lydia Batham it doesn't take much to improve your heart health.
