One person is dead after a quad bike crash north of Timaru on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Prattley Road and Macaulay Road in Milford around 11.40pm.
A quad bike had left the road and the male rider died at the scene, police said.
A scene examination was completed by the Serious Crash Unit, and the circumstances remain under investigation.
